I have taken my car there over 3 months ago it took almost a month for diagnosis the original reason I took my car was for a gas tank sensor as well which was never fixed I got my car back over a month after and it stopped on me again on the first day they took it back and it was supposedly fixed after a few days and guess what it's still not fixed I haven't had the car long which is a major issue for me and the dealership doesn't want to trade it out but threatening my credit cause I don't want to keep paying for a car that has had trouble since the very first month of having it I'm out of money for rental car fees etc by far worst experience ever

Truck seemed to get good service but it took a long time for an oil change and a wash. No updates of service as indicated. .Waiting room was very uninviting. A little dirty looking, no refreshments, a small refrigerator with only water and coke in it. There was a small coffee pot which didn't seemed to be serviced by anyone and poor selection of sugar and creamer. A TV in the corner of the room with furniture facing the wall. Very uncomfortable to watch the TV that way. they really need to rethink the hole thing.

I'm very disappointed with chev dealer ship because they discontinued some parts for my truck 2008 Colorado ls That's kind of stupid to me! Because I need some fuels lines put on my truck and I can't find those fuel lines anywhere so I'm stuck!!! I don't know what the xxxx going on not happy with Chevy company anymore!

This service told me there was a massive leak of oil and truck was critical. After a second opinion these items were not true. Horrible service from start to finish. Never going back

I brought my truck to Graff Chevrolet for its 27,000-mile service, and the overall customer service was very disappointing. There was no greeting, no friendly interaction, and no effort to make the experience pleasant. Since I came in during my workday, I asked about transportation. They dropped me off with a Lyft but seemed hesitant to do so. When my truck was ready two hours later, I requested a shuttle or another Lyft back. I was told there was no shuttle available, then left on hold for 20 minutes. After calling back, I was told a Lyft was “too expensive.” The way this was handled felt rude and unprofessional. Before my service, I specifically pointed out a large nail in my left rear tire and asked them to remove it if possible. When I picked up my truck, I was told the technician didn’t find any nail. I showed them the photo, and the large silver nail was clearly visible. It appears the tire wasn’t inspected properly. Customers are paying for a service, and a little courtesy and attention to detail go a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience.
