Great service department bought my car in on Monday and Thursday it was ready I took my car in on December 15 at the dealership where I purchased my car from moritz Chevrolet in Fort worth off of camp bowie they never looked at my car it was just sitting there I had to call them for a update got the same answer the engine tech hasn't bought my car in the bay and they didn't have a loaner car it was a waiting list and they couldn't tell me when a car was going to be available the the call was the day after the the new year I was told my car had 3 more cars ahead of me so I told them iam on my way to pickup my car and yes I gave them a 1 it should have been a zero
