They had finished working on my car for over 30 minutes and they didn’t tell me until I went up to them and I asked about it because I saw my car, I stayed there waiting for over 2 hours. They didn’t give me the review about what they did to my car I’ve gone there for a long time and this is the first time I have had a bad experience.

Truck seemed to get good service but it took a long time for an oil change and a wash. No updates of service as indicated. .Waiting room was very uninviting. A little dirty looking, no refreshments, a small refrigerator with only water and coke in it. There was a small coffee pot which didn't seemed to be serviced by anyone and poor selection of sugar and creamer. A TV in the corner of the room with furniture facing the wall. Very uncomfortable to watch the TV that way. they really need to rethink the hole thing.

I came in for a routine oil change and I requested they check one of my tires for a slow air leak. They couldn't find the air leak at first but then were eventually able to find and patch it. They informed me the brake system needed some attention and they bled and refilled the brake fluid. It took approximately 2 hours but everyone was very cordial while I waited and made sure I had something to drink during my wait. I was pleased with my visit as usual. Keep up the good work!

Service was fine, wait was alright. No issues. The dealership could use refreshments for customers while they wait. Check out Friendly Chevrolet, they have a Cafe sometimes they give the customer free vouchers to grab a bite. Customer's can pay as well but the options are available.

I come to this location all the time and have excellent service I normally work with Rodney. I came in to get an oil change and I told him I didn't need my tires rotated because their covered by warranty with Firestone. He said that's the bare minimum you all do with the the oil change and i know that's a lie. It's an upcharge for a rotation and you don't have to get it. He even picked me up from my home as my 2007 Suzuki XL7 suddenly decided not to run anymore (yeah I was getting my money's worth). I answered several questions about the make and model of a Chevy Equinox Activ and he almost immediately responded to my submission of the question with the availability of the vehicle I expressed interest in. And a couple of days later I made the purchase.

My experience did not go well. I advised the service advisor on day one that I had an extended warranty, but when he called with the diagnosis and repair cost, he admitted he forgot. He then had to send pictures to the warranty department from his personal email because his work email was not functioning. When I followed up with the warranty company myself, they confirmed they never received the pictures. The lack of communication and follow-up between the service advisor and the warranty department caused unnecessary delays, and felt like I was coordinating between both parties myself.
