Changes Planned for the 2021 Chevrolet Trax
The Chevrolet Trax is scheduled to return for the 2021 model year with a range of updates to make driving more enjoyable than ever before. There are new exterior colors, interior options, equipment designs, packages, and more. First introduced in 2015, the Chevy Trax is still in its first generation.
The 2021 Trax will be a five-door subcompact crossover, much like before, with seating for five and exceptional fuel economy. There’s front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, as well as LS and LT trim levels. Under the hood is a turbocharged 1.4-liter LUV inline four-cylinder engine, which has 138 horsepower and earns an EPA-estimated fuel rating of 33 mpg on the highway.*
You’ll also find a built-in 7-inch touch screen, built-in Wi-Fi, a rear-view camera, and USB ports around the cabin. Plus, there will be available alloy wheels and roof rails, while the LT trim has heated mirrors and premium cloth upholstery.
You’ll feel better protected behind the wheel as well, thanks to the many safety amenities on the Trax. There’s StabiliTrak for added control, Rear Park Assist to help you navigate tight parking spots, and 10 premium airbags situated carefully around the cabin. These are just some of the many features on the 2021 Trax — a truly unmatched subcompact Chevy crossover.
