Horrible customer service. I took my truck in 3 times for a transmission issue. They had my truck a total of 20 days and weren’t able to diagnose it. Had the audacity to call me on the 10th day of having it (3rd time, first and second time were both 5 days) to ask me what’s wrong with it. LOL. After I explained the same thing in detail each time, took Joe a “technician” on a ride along where he confirmed he heard the sound and felt the slipping. Then they wanted me to explain again what was wrong with it?!? ...

I was scheduled for an appointment at 3pm this past Friday. When I arrived my vehicle was taken directly to be serviced. The wait time was only 45 minutes.
I was checked in within 10 min.very efficient, great service. I was very pleased.
They don’t have any Customer Service they need to smile and not like they’re happy not depressed and mad cause they gotta work.
My experience was a 100/10! Landon was my salesman and made the entire process a breeze. Communication, customer service & quality was top tier! There was no exhausting wait time. My family and I were back on the road in no time, as Landon stated we would be! Finance team was impeccable as well. I highly recommend this dealership! Ask for Landon!!

After using this service department for the second time. I'm very disappointed. They constantly lie to you by giving you misinformation. I went back and checked my road hazard plan and realized that the service advisor lied to me and charged me for services covered under my contract. I have purchased from bigger dealerships in the past and I think Graff Chevrolet nickel and dimes you for every penny they can get. Either the staff is uneducated on their contracts or they are lazy and just want to get you out of the building.
After using this service department for the second time. I'm very disappointed. They constantly lie to you by giving you misinformation.

Where do I start...I recently purchased a used 2022 C8 Stingray from El Dorado Chevrolet a couple of weeks ago. Within the 1st day the corvette popped a check engine light. I waited almost 2 hours for my service when I was told it would only take 1 hour. After I got my car back there was No washer Fluid in my car! I will not be bringing my car back to this Chevrolet. They never complete anything! They are also RUDE! They act like you’re inconveniencing them for being there!

The jury is still out on the outcome of work Graff performed. It's my understanding that the issue that I have is a reoccurring problem. If the problem comes back I hope it's before my 3 year or 36 month warranty expires. Since all the Service Advisors at Graff know its a manufacturer's issue.

I cannot recommend them enough! Jacob was phenomenal! I took my SUV to 2 other locations before taking it here and I deeply regret not going here first. One place said I needed to replace something that did not need replacing and they left my vehicle in complete disarray. He was honest and communicative throughout the entire process. The parts that were replaced have a 2 year warranty no matter which Chevy dealership I take it to. Moving forward, I will take my vehicle to El Dorado McKinney and always ask for Jacob, thank you sir!
